The oriented single-nave building with a projecting prismatic tower and a covered onion bay with a lantern was built in 1640. Construction of the tower began in 1717, and in 1780 it was raised and covered with an onion dome. The side stands were added in 1769. Below the stands are the chapels of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, which open into the nave through sandstone portals. The interventions of 1891 were of a regioticizing nature, and the pseudo-Gothic furnishings and part of the interior furnishings also date from this period.
