There are 64 steps leading to the viewing platform at a height of 13 meters, the total height is over 17 meters. Its shape also resembles the tower in the city coat of arms. From it you can see the Moravian-Silesian Beskydy, Hrubý and Nízký Jeseník, as well as the Moravian-Silesian Beskydy, including their highest mountains Praděd and Lysá hora.
