In Smetana Gardens, near the central gazebo, visitors can use the services of an outdoor book booth. Anyone can borrow a book from the wooden library, either for reading right in the park in the shade of the mature trees or in the comfort of their own home. At the same time, people can also bring in their own books that they no longer use and offer them to other readers. All borrowing is free of charge. This project was born out of the city's parcicipatory budget, carries the ecological idea of reusing unwanted items and aims to revitalise public spaces and offer city residents a new way to spend their free time.
